Be honest: how many of your posts have actually brought you a client? If the answer is “no idea”, that’s not a content problem. It’s a connection problem. And it’s exactly what I fix.

If you run a mission-driven business, an NGO, or a values-led brand, some of this list is going to feel personal. Whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been at it for years, the gap is rarely effort. It’s connection: posts that don’t lead anywhere, a website nobody lands on, an email list that never grows.
When the Jerusalem Press Club brought The Digi Agency on board in October 2023, their YouTube channel had 3,000 subscribers. Within months, the channel grew to over 20,000. This included navigating the challenging period following October 7th, when the world was watching Israel. A single video reached 50,000 views within 24 hours. One video taking off can be luck. Seventeen thousand new subscribers who stayed is not. That was strategy, executed week after week.
See How We’d Approach Yours →A post that isn’t plugged into the rest of your business is working alone. And losing. That’s why the first thing I map with every new client is how it all connects: what you post, where it links, what happens on the click, and where that leads in your business.
Social feeds the website. The website feeds the email list. The email list feeds sales. When the pieces work together, everything compounds. That’s what fixing the connection problem looks like.
It’s also why “social media manager” has never quite covered what I do. The posts are one piece. Making them lead somewhere is the job.
And yes, I use AI. For speed, never for voice. Your content still sounds like you.
Her consulting fees are very high but considering how much I learned in just a few hours, her price was an absolute bargain! I was blown away by the extent of her knowledge of the field.
In just over three months, she organically doubled our LinkedIn following to 6k+. I recommend working with her.
Together we pushed her Facebook group page from 12 members to over 3,600 in a matter of 8 months. I highly recommend Chava for her social media.
She is a great strategist: best SM channels, website critiques, best call to actions, detailed reports each month. She is passionate about what we do and a great partner to expand our reach and success.
I have had the privilege of working with Chava over the past 4 years. She is on the ball, pushing me to provide content on time and is not afraid to give the feedback that is required.
We partnered with Chava and the Digi Agency for Content Israel 2025. We found her very professional and will be using her services again in our upcoming conference.
Rebecca is a photographer who came to me for coaching. She learned the system, then ran it herself. After our work together ended, she went on to pass one million views on YouTube. That’s the whole point of the coaching: a skill that stays with you.
Result: 1M+ YouTube views“Your workshop was outstanding! Thank you!”
Jacky Sherman · Business Owner, Jacky’s 5 Minute Kitchen“I really enjoyed your presentation, and gained so much value!”
Hillary Kushner · Certified Advanced EFT Practitioner“So many helpful tips. Thank you!”
Ellen Levi · Certified Life Coach“It was a fantastic zoom! Thank you”
Martine Alperstein · Fractional Digital MarketerMarketing is mostly psychology: why people click, why they trust, why they buy. I knew that before I ever ran a campaign. My degree is in industrial psychology and business management.
I learned this work from both ends. First at an SEO agency, figuring out how businesses get found. Then in-house, running social media for one company. When covid hit, I was last in, first out. No jobs to go back to, so in 2020 I went out on my own.
Along the way I trained with Rachel Pedersen, the Queen of Social Media herself. What she drilled into me matched what I’d already seen from the SEO side: the part of this work that actually gets results is how it all connects. Social, website, email, and strategy, working together and compounding.
My favorite kind of result? Two clients I coached passed a million views after our work together ended. One on YouTube, one on Facebook. They did that on their own. That’s the whole point: growth you own, that keeps going without me.
These days my clients are rabbis, authors, NGOs, and values-led founders. Helping people who are helping people, which is exactly where I want to be.
Every client is different. Book a call and we'll figure out which one makes sense for you.
For business owners and teams who want to build the skill in-house. You get the strategy, the frameworks, and direct access to me. Then you run it yourself.
Done-for-you. I handle everything: strategy, content creation, posting, engagement, and monthly reporting. You stay focused on the work only you can do while your presence grows.
For organizations ready to go all-in. Social, email, video strategy, and landing pages, built as a connected system where every channel feeds the others.
Not ready to commit? Start with a deep-dive audit of where you are now, what's working, what isn't, and a clear action plan for what to do next.
Not sure which fits? That’s exactly what the call is for.
Thirty minutes on Zoom. You talk, I listen, and by the end we’ll both know if it’s a fit. If it isn’t, you’ll still leave with something useful.
No pitchA clear plan that connects your social, website, and email to your actual goals. You’ll see exactly what gets done, where, and why.
Strategy firstContent goes out, numbers get tracked, and you get a plain-language report every month. No jargon, no vanity metrics, just what’s working.
Growth you ownSmall to mid-size businesses and mission-driven organizations: NGOs, nonprofits, Jewish institutions, health and wellness brands, and consultants. My clients tend to be values-driven and want to grow organically.
That’s normal, and it’s exactly what the call is for. The short version: if you want social media off your plate, that’s full management. If you want to learn to run it yourself, that’s coaching. A lot of the time it comes down to budget, and that’s fine too. Some clients start with one and move to the other. We’ll figure out what fits together.
Every package is built around what you actually need, so I don’t list one-size-fits-all prices. On the call I’ll give you a real number based on your goals and where you’re starting from. No obligation and no pressure.
It depends on the service. For full management, I’ll need some things only you can give me: raw material, your input, and if you’re the face of the brand, videos of you. Nothing gets published without your sign-off. Coaching clients are more hands-on by design. Either way, my job is to keep your part as light as possible.
Organic social takes time to compound. Most clients see meaningful traction within 3-4 months. Some sooner. It depends on where you’re starting and the strategy behind it. Staying consistent is my job. That’s part of what you’re paying me for. I won’t promise overnight results. But I will show you exactly how we’re tracking each month.
Not at all. Some of my favorite results started from nothing. One client’s YouTube channel went from zero subscribers to over 3,700. Another started with a Facebook group of 12 people. It’s over 3,600 members now. Starting from scratch isn’t a problem. It means we get to build it right from day one.
Full management starts with a three-month commitment, because that’s honestly how long organic growth takes to get moving. You’ll see exactly how we’re tracking every month along the way. After that, clients stay because it’s working, not because a contract makes them.
LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and X (Twitter). But I don’t recommend being everywhere. You need to be where your audience is actually hanging out, and part of the strategy is figuring out where that is. We focus where it matters.
You’re covered. Social media is what I do myself. For websites, branding, design, and paid advertising, I have a team of trusted specialists, and it all runs under my umbrella. I do the finding, the vetting, and the price-checking, so you get the right person without the runaround. One point of contact, one plan, and everything they build connects to it.
I use AI as a tool, not a ghostwriter. Everything goes through my eyes and expertise before it goes near your audience. The strategy, the voice, the judgment calls, those are always human. AI speeds things up and does a lot more than that, but the end result always sounds like you and your brand. That part is non-negotiable.
Yes. Most of my clients are in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. Time zones are rarely an issue. We don’t need to be online at the same time for the work to get done.
You’ll be redirected to my Calendly to book a 30-minute call. I review your application before we meet so I can come prepared. The call is low-pressure. It’s a chance for us both to figure out if working together makes sense.
Fill in a quick form and you’ll land straight on my calendar. The call is 30 minutes. No pitch. No pressure. Just an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
